Sakura Filters Australia distributes an extensive range of fully warranted filters throughout Australia and to the Pacific Islands.

Sakura Filters Australia warrants all Sakura products to be free of manufacturer’s defects in materials, workmanship or design. Sakura Filters meet Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) requirements. Sakura Filters should be installed to manufacturer’s specifications, used and changed in accordance with vehicles engine or equipment’s manufacturer’s recommendations. In accordance to this, our warranty period is equivalent to the OEM product where OEM replacement or service intervals should be referred to.

New vehicles or equipment’s warranties remain in effect when Sakura Filters are installed in accordance to the engine manufacturer’s advice. At Sakura Filters Australia’s manufacturing plant, all filters are manufactured to the highest Japanese JIS standards to ensure they are equal or exceed the standard of the original filters. At the same time our manufacturer has certification in the quality assurance standard; SGS ISO/TS 16949. In the event of an engine or equipment failure directly caused by a defective Sakura Filter, Sakura Filters Australia will restore the engine or equipment to the condition before the incident. It is essential that Sakura Filters Australia or a distributor is notified immediately of a claim against any Sakura Product. The filter in question, engine or equipment needs to be available for inspection for repairs to be authorised. Sakura products that have been wrongly installed or used in a modified engine or equipment, as well as misuse, negligence, accident, or that have been improperly maintained will not be covered under this warranty.
